In this journey of life, we experience many seasons and God calls us to be thankful in all circumstances {1 Thessalonians 5:18}. I want to live so that my expression of thankfulness can encourage others, give hope, and bring new perspective so we can all live with hearts that are more thankful for every day blessings.

Today I give thanks for my twin sister, Emily. We often are asked "What is it like to be a twin?" and we commonly respond that we don't know anything different. One thing I can confirm is that having a twin sister is one of my greatest blessings. God has blessed me not only with a sister but with a friend. Emily has stood by my side through every life change and season weathering storms and cheering me through victories. I am so very blessed to have someone who will encourage me, correct me, laugh with me, pray with me, shop with me, share with me, and love me through it all. Though our journeys have taken us in different directions and locations I am so thankful that I will have a friend till the end!
